Ash Brokerage’s fast-growing Retirement Division needed a more consistent onboarding experience and better collaboration among wholesalers while representing products from more than 80 carriers. Executive VP Mike McGlothlin sought to sharpen messaging and create a championship-level wholesaling firm, and turned to Allego’s video platform to standardize training and improve advisor-facing communications.

Allego had top territories create targeted videos (carrier, product, and rep guidance), produced mobile best-practice clips, and enabled 30-second thank-you and congratulation videos for advisors. The Allego program drove 25,000 views on just 50 seat licenses within 18 months, delivered $1.6M in attributed incremental revenue, reduced one-time purchases from 42% to 38% in under a year, and supported record growth—more than $1.5B in revenue in the first year (a $328M increase), with one rep hitting $200M in sales while being the biggest Allego content provider and consumer.
