URComped migrates to AWS Control Tower with AllCode in a one-to-one environment rebuild

URComped, a third-party marketing company for casinos, faced the challenge of migrating its existing AWS environment to a new organization built with AWS Control Tower. This was necessary to remediate issues found in an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review and to help the company achieve SOC 2 compliance. The migration was complex because their resources were tied to an existing VPC, which is incompatible with a new Control Tower setup. AllCode was brought on to manage this difficult transition.

AllCode executed a full migration of accounts and resources to a new AWS Organization. The solution involved preparing existing assets, building a new management account, using AWS Resource Access Manager (RAM), and thorough testing to ensure a one-to-one transfer of parameters and permissions. The result was a safer operating environment for URComped with enforced governance policies, greater visibility, and a documented process that enabled their own team to manage the new compliant environment.
