Women In Analytics's mission is to increase visibility to the women making an impact in the analytics space

Women in Analytics, a Columbus-based virtual conference dedicated to increasing visibility for women in the analytics space and bringing together professionals, entrepreneurs and academia to discuss latest technologies, needed a robust virtual platform and event design to deliver an engaging, interactive program. They engaged All In The Loop to provide a full virtual event solution using features such as Live Streaming, SimuLive, Discussion/Q&A, Documents/Content, Virtual Networking, Exhibitor Booths, Sponsorship and Gamification.

All In The Loop designed the site, built out content and delivered 31 sessions (main stage, discussion rooms and live music), plus engagement elements like a photo booth, in‑platform leaderboard, a data hackathon and a virtual happy hour, and ran four open speaker training sessions along with AV and exhibitor training. The result was seamless live-event days, higher interactivity and collaboration among attendees and exhibitors, and a successfully executed Women in Analytics virtual conference.
