USDTL, a medical services provider that delivers drug and alcohol testing programs and third‑party administration for DOT compliance, needed to bring employees and stakeholders together virtually for updates, education and networking. All In The Loop was engaged to host a Virtual Training Conference using features such as live streaming, exhibitors, discussion/Q&A, virtual networking and custom content to recreate a single virtual meeting place.

All In The Loop produced the event with 20 sessions (1 Board Meeting, 11 poster sessions and 8 platform sessions), combining live video, screen share and pre‑recorded elements plus social engagement activities like a Bourbon Tasting and Rock, Paper, Scissors competition. With speaker training and a support team resolving issues “within the minute,” All In The Loop delivered smooth live sessions, high attendee satisfaction and no reported technical problems.
