Case Study: MCEC achieves a successful virtual conference — strong engagement, CE credits and exhibitor leads — with All In The Loop

MCEC supports children by educating, advocating, and collaborating to resolve education challenges associated with the military lifestyle

MCEC, a Texas-based non-profit that supports children affected by the military lifestyle, needed to replace its usual in-person annual event with a virtual conference and trade show. They engaged All In The Loop to deliver a virtual exhibition/conference platform using features such as Live Streaming, a Virtual Exhibition with an Interactive Floor Plan, Sponsorships, and CE/Certification capabilities.

All In The Loop built the event look and feel, populated content, and trained MCEC’s team, then ran a 46-session agenda mixing discussion rooms, pre-recorded video and live main-stage sessions, plus social links and a marketplace. The result was an engaging virtual experience where attendees earned certificates, connected with new contacts and purchased merchandise, while exhibitors generated a strong number of inbound leads and benefited from AV support and responsive platform management by All In The Loop.
