Institute Americas, a long‑standing convenor of energy and sustainability dialogue, needed a way to centralize event information and boost attendee engagement at the La Jolla Energy Conference 2017. They partnered with All In The Loop to build an Event App that delivered schedules, speaker information and interactive features for attendees.

All In The Loop implemented Q&A, Agenda, Document Sharing and Messaging & Networking features in the app; with 150+ attendees, 20+ sessions and 20+ speakers the solution drove record engagement—76 questions were submitted through the app (the highest ever at this event)—while making materials and networking more accessible.
