EASI, a Belgian IT company founded in 1999 with 170 collaborators and multiple Best Workplace nominations, needed a flexible, feature-rich mobile app for its flagship Inspiration Day event (~200 attendees). EASI used the All In The Loop Content Management System to build an interactive event app themselves, aiming to deliver short implementation cycles and high engagement for attendees.

Using All In The Loop, EASI implemented linked agendas, messaging and networking, speaker bios, and surveys/feedback, with rapid support for any minor issues. The result was strong engagement and measurable impact: 87% adoption, 200+ attendees, 20+ agenda sessions, 10+ speakers and a 5/5 rating in app stores—outcomes EASI credits to the All In The Loop platform.
