Bayer Crop Science is working to help farmers grow food more sustainably

Bayer Crop Science engaged All In The Loop to host virtual "Town Hall" events bringing employees together for updates and networking. Facing the challenge of accommodating a larger-than-normal roster of speakers and delivering interactive content across one session, Bayer used All In The Loop’s platform features (Advanced Streaming, SimuLive, Discussion/Q&A, Live Polling, Meeting Rooms and Custom Content) to meet those needs.

All In The Loop solved the speaker-capacity issue by RTMP’ing the session in, with AITL project manager John managing the live feed to support video and PowerPoint playback, and enabled moderated Q&A, live polling and themed breakout rooms for post-session networking. The setup successfully scaled both Town Halls, gave Bayer controlled, approved Q&A moderation, seamless multimedia presentations, and effective networking rooms — outcomes Bayer found highly useful across both events.
