Croke Park launches AI stadium assistant with All human, reaching 1,314 users on day one

Croke Park, home of the Gaelic Athletic Association and one of Europe's largest stadiums, wanted to explore how AI could improve the experience for its thousands of attendees. The challenge was to handle the high volume and variety of visitor queries at scale without putting excessive pressure on stadium staff. They approached All human to design and build a resilient, AI-powered pilot for this purpose.

All human designed and launched an AI Stadium Assistant, accessed via QR codes on seats, which focused on performance, security, and accessibility. On launch day, the pilot was used by over 1,300 attendees, validating the concept. As a result of this success, Croke Park is planning a full stadium rollout of the assistant across all 80,000+ seats.

Croke Park
