The solution provided a robust mobile-first experience with features like a Software Development Kit (SDK) for customization, integrated money movement with Zelle, and enhanced member service tools. The results were significant, including a 32% increase in online banking users and a dramatic improvement in mobile app store ratings from 1.83 to 4.72, successfully delivering on OTS's mobile-first vision.
