Connexus Credit Union wanted digital members to find everything they needed directly inside its digital banking platform, without having to leave for the marketing website. Using Alkami Technology’s SDK, Connexus built personalized, targeted in-platform content such as a “Checking Rewards” widget to better engage members and align digital banking with its website experience. The result was measurable: Connexus said its digital banking platform now drives 28% of total loan applications from existing members, and it attributes that traffic directly to marketing content inside digital banking.
