Customizing Digital Banking to Engage Users and Grow Business

STCU, a Spokane-based credit union serving ~200,000 members with $3B in assets, needed to modernize mobile and online banking and accelerate digital innovation. To meet that challenge they partnered with Alkami Technology and adopted Alkami’s digital banking platform and Software Development Kit (SDK).

Using Alkami Technology’s platform and SDK, STCU consolidated development (deploying one codebase for member and employee features like travel notes), integrated data across roughly 40 systems via an ESB, and gave call-center staff real-time visibility into member notifications. The solution sped time-to-market for new apps, improved members’ online experience and digital satisfaction scores, and supported STCU’s ongoing growth across 23 locations.
