Vibrant Credit Union, a Moline, IL financial institution with 60,000+ members and $805M in assets, faced the challenge of modernizing its online member experience and continuing to innovate after a core system change. To stay ahead of member expectations and rapidly roll out new digital features, Vibrant partnered with Alkami Technology and its digital banking platform.

Alkami Technology provided its digital banking platform and APIs (initially implemented in 2015 and renewed in December 2018), enabling integrations such as Card Valet for card on/off controls, voice activation, shared account management, and a DNA Core API connection. The solution preserved continuity through core conversion, improved self-service capabilities for members, deepened staff and member satisfaction, and reinforced a long-term partnership—measured by Vibrant’s continued Alkami relationship since 2015 and service to its 60,000+ members.
