D&L Transport, led by president Brian DeFrain, needed a technology platform that would support rapid growth and fast agent onboarding while keeping daily operations simple and responsive. Already using Aljex when Brian took over, the company required fast carrier activation, quick carrier and customer setup, and speedy credit decisions to scale from a small broker-centric operation into a larger agent-driven business.
