Aliz built a data-driven personalization solution by transforming Google Analytics 360 data, orchestrating complex workflows with Google Cloud Composer, and training separate propensity scoring models for each ancillary on AI Platform. This enabled targeted segmentation and relevant recommendations, helping Wizz Air achieve a 21% increase in post-booking ancillary conversion rate, +70M yearly sales uplift, and +92% customer retention.
