Dagrofa, Denmark’s largest food wholesaler, needed to modernize a legacy data setup built on Dell Boomi and Google App Engine. The system was processing large volumes of messages out of order, which hurt data consistency, reduced performance, and drove costs too high. Aliz, a Google Cloud Partner, was brought in to improve Dagrofa’s big data analytics and cloud data processing.

Aliz replaced the Google App Engine processing with a Dataflow pipeline that batches and reorders messages in sliding windows, limits queries, reduces duplicates, and optimizes post-processing. The new solution provides consistent, correct data across 25 entity types and supports automated analytics. As a result, Dagrofa cut data management costs by 35% while improving reliability, consistency, and decision-making quality.
