Panalyt, a South-East Asia-based HR analytics company, needed a user-friendly platform to consolidate people data from multiple sources in real time and make it easy to analyze through informative dashboards. The challenge was to store and access historical data across multiple clients while maintaining strong security, access management, and low-latency visualization.

Aliz helped Panalyt build a powerful HR big data solution on Google Cloud, centered on BigQuery and extended with a CloudSQL cache database for fast front-end responses. The result was a dramatic performance improvement: general chart data for a company with 5,000 employees and five years of history dropped from 3–5 minutes to just 150 ms, while data access became strictly controlled and the platform provided a solid foundation for future machine learning projects.
