Liongard, a Houston-based software provider delivering unified visibility and automation for MSPs, relied heavily on conferences for new business but was constrained by limited time, staff and outdated paper-based lead capture that produced few qualified prospects. To boost conference ROI they partnered with Alive5 and adopted its trade-show engagement solution — QR-enabled badges/signage and an SMS-based lead capture and nurturing platform.

Alive5 implemented QR-triggered SMS workflows and chatbots on Liongard’s booth signage, collateral and badges so prospects could text-in instantly; all leads were collected and managed in the Alive5 platform instead of paper.
