Property Data Cloud, a SaaS provider of the $mart $uite automated valuation and management tool for property tax consulting firms, needed a fresher, buyer-friendly way to market and sell at conferences and trade shows where hard pitches were failing. They partnered with Alive5 to replace brochures and lead scanners with a digital conference solution — custom QR codes, SMS chatbots and Alive5’s business chat platform — so prospects could discover and demo PDC’s product on their smartphones in real time.
Alive5 implemented QR-driven CTAs and an SMS chatbot that captured names, emails and phone numbers, distributed rich content, and enabled post-event follow-up. At their first event using Alive5, PDC engaged the majority of 200 attendees, identified seven prospects, qualified four leads, and closed two deals (average ARR $20,000) for $40,000 in new business, with two additional opportunities in the pipeline — while also repurposing the Alive5 system for website chat, Facebook messaging and business texting.
