Abraham Linc, a mid-Atlantic distributor for flooring products in Bridgeport, WV, needed to build formal HR practices from the ground up. Before AlignHR stepped in, the company had grown across multiple states but lacked core systems such as hiring processes, policies, compensation structure, and training programs.
Over 14 months, AlignHR worked onsite to assess and implement a customized HR system, including job descriptions, interview questions, performance management, employee satisfaction surveys, a substance abuse program, benefits redesign, and supervisor training. As a result, Abraham Linc now has the tools to manage day-to-day HR with an in-house administrator, while continuing to consult with AlignHR as needed.
