The firm previously relied on a White Glove model with on‑site AV support, but limited AV staff and a legacy telecom/video conferencing backend that must remain in place created a challenge for compatibility and consistent user control. Align was engaged to provide AV design consulting and integration services to meet these requirements.

Align’s designs are being integrated into the multi‑year buildout, the firm adopted Align’s preferred integrators, and the deployment is enabling user self‑service across 25+ rooms, reducing dependence on on‑site AV support; Align has also been engaged for future opportunities.
