Global Business Company engaged Align after discovering heavy underutilization of their 25,000 sq. ft. New York headquarters — only 15% of 155 assigned desks were in use — and the need to support a growing hybrid workforce with more collaborative and hoteling spaces. They partnered with Align’s Right-Size by Align program, including a current state assessment and Align’s IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, to determine capacity, space utilization, and an optimal future-state design.

Align performed an IT inventory and cost analysis, repurposed and decommissioned assets via its ITAD program, and designed a consolidated office with hoteling, smart conference rooms, room reservation systems and enterprise-grade Wi‑Fi. Align’s consolidation reduced the footprint to 7,000 sq. ft., saving roughly $123,000 per month in rent, cut about $50,000 per month in IT spend, reduced IT support headcount, eliminated recurring circuit charges, and migrated the business with zero downtime to a secure, flexible hybrid workplace.
