A large government organization in New York worked with Align to modernize and streamline its critical IT infrastructure across two aging data center facilities. Align supported the project with data center infrastructure design and build, migrations, and a full technology inventory to map existing assets and remove obsolete or underused equipment. As a result, Align inventoried more than 4,000 assets, safely disposed of 250 devices and 1,000 hard drives, migrated network and cabling components, reduced the data center footprint by 25%, created usable meeting space, and completed the work without disrupting network operations.
