Align worked side-by-side with the Global Financial Institution to create project governance and a migration program framework, perform gap analyses of inventory and discovery tools, provide application mapping guidance and data visualization review, and deliver requirements for a strategic migration tool. Align also produced process flows, current-state data mapping, a high-level architecture diagram, dashboard prototypes and a migration runbook—resulting in a complete framework and plan that enabled the successful consolidation of 20+ data centers into 4 and the migration of thousands of workloads.
