Align Migrates Three DPR Companies to One, Cloud-Centric Tenant

DPR Construction, a global commercial construction management firm pursuing a “One DPR” venture onboarding strategy, needed to consolidate three independent companies (Digital Buildings Components, SurePods and GPLA) and all future ventures into a single, cloud‑centric tenant. Each company had on‑site infrastructure supporting roughly 200 users, so DPR engaged Align as the migration partner to provide project management and engineering services, leveraging Align’s Migration Solution and BitTitan’s migration tool.

Align planned and executed the consolidation over three months, performing one weekend cut‑over at a time to minimize downtime. Align migrated mail, archives and OneDrive for over 200 users and moved more than 150 Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Office 365 groups into the single DPR tenant, decommissioned legacy infrastructure, updated Microsoft 365 subscriptions and provided ongoing support—delivering a seamless, cloud‑centric environment with minimal business interruption.
