How Align Helped Magia Solutions Build to Sell

Magia Solutions, an Australian Oracle Cloud consultancy, wanted to scale quickly and become the world’s leading company in implementing Oracle SaaS. With Align’s software, Magia aligned the team around a shared strategy, used Huddles to improve daily accountability, and kept critical metrics visible for faster execution. The result was rapid growth from 34 employees in 2019 to 100 by 2021, and Magia was acquired by Deloitte, with Surend Dayal noting that Align helped the company reach that milestone in half the time he originally expected.
