The fast-food chain needed to engage a diverse workforce with varying education levels, job roles, and tech access, especially with a large population of Millennials who had unique financial perspectives. A significant hurdle was that most team members lacked computer access at work and had little time to engage online at home.

The solution was the #FeedYourFuture campaign, a multi-channel communication strategy from Alight that used live interactions, digital signage, emails, and print materials tailored to different employee segments. A key focus was gaining buy-in from local managers, who were vital information sources. The campaign successfully drove enrollment, with 25% of non-exempt and 60% of exempt team members signing up, exceeding White Castle's initial expectations.
