Manitou Group Implementing SAP SuccessFactors to achieve data consistency with Core HR

Manitou Group, a global industrial equipment manufacturer, faced challenges with inconsistent HR data and inefficient manual processes following a period of international growth. Their goal was to centralize and harmonize HR information across all its subsidiaries. To address this, they partnered with vendor Alight Solutions to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as their Core HR system.

Alight Solutions successfully deployed the Employee Central solution, completing the international rollout on schedule despite the complications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation gave Manitou immediate access to reliable compensation data, integrated HR with financial tools, and brought all employees into the system, eliminating update errors. As a result of the project with Alight, Manitou now has a consistent employee database and is on a clear path toward advanced HR analytics.
