Kongsberg Deploys Workday In Partnership with Alight Solutions

KONGSBERG, a global technology corporation with 11,000 employees, needed to streamline its HR processes across its three international business units to gain greater visibility and develop a unified global people strategy. To address this challenge, they partnered with Alight Solutions to deploy Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) as their global HR system.

Alight Solutions implemented Workday HCM, which provided KONGSBERG with automated processes, real-time insights, and greater operational flexibility. The successful deployment, which went live in June 2022, established a more efficient approach to HR operations, providing the critical information needed to inform the company's overarching talent strategy and support its business growth.
