Largest Utility Services Company, a regulated utilities provider in the western United States serving nearly 500,000 customers with 1,000+ employees, faced pervasive issues after a Workday HCM go-live: incomplete time and absence configuration, incorrect time-tracking project codes, faulty vacation eligibility drivers, missing approval steps, and an untrained workforce with lift-and-shift processes that replicated legacy problems.
