With support from Alibaba.com, Tozando began listing popular products such as matcha to attract more inquiries, and the company saw a strong rise in interest from buyers in multiple countries. Alibaba.com also helped Tozando learn better B2B selling practices, such as responding quickly and sending personalized messages; while no exact sales figures were given, the company reported receiving many more inquiries and gaining knowledge it could apply to its core business.
