E-commerce opens up the gateway between us and our international customers

Vietgro, a Vietnam-based agriculture company specializing in seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and fresh organic produce, wanted to expand beyond its local market and reach international buyers. To do that, it turned to Alibaba.com and initially joined as a free member to generate new customer inquiries and grow its global presence.

By upgrading to Alibaba.com Gold Supplier and using tools such as TradeManager, Vietgro increased its visibility and improved communication with buyers. As a result, monthly inquiries rose to about 40 on average, with 50% shortlisted as potential contracts or actual orders, and the company began attracting customers from countries including Myanmar, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, the Middle East, and South Africa.
