Zhenhub is a Hong Kong-based cloud inventory and order management system for eCommerce retailers that automates logistics from a single online dashboard. As its cloud-based application expanded, the company needed scalable infrastructure with strong performance, low-latency data exchange, and support for long-term growth. It also wanted a cloud partner that could address security concerns and handle increasing traffic reliably.

Alibaba Cloud provided Zhenhub with services including VPC, OSS, ECS, Server Load Balancer, RDS, Alibaba Cloud CDN, and SSD storage disks. The setup helped speed up front-end requests and static files, with response times within milliseconds, while RDS improved database request speed through backup, recovery, monitoring, and MySQL-Proxy. Alibaba Cloud also enabled Zhenhub to scale globally and manage about 20,000 visits on average, with at least 6 data exchanges per visit.
