Worktile, Beijing YC Technology Co. Ltd.’s on-demand collaboration application, wanted infrastructure that was automated and did not require a heavy upfront investment. Alibaba Cloud provided a three-tier architecture using ECS, OSS, CDN, Anti-DDoS, ApsaraDB for RDS, and CloudMonitor. The setup helped Worktile reduce management overhead, save on upfront infrastructure costs, turn off idle resources to cut operational expenditure, and improve performance and resilience through caching, monitoring, backup, and automatic replication.
