Using Alibaba Cloud's Qwen AI, Model Studio, AnalyticDB, and the Mobi low-code platform, Cordis built an AI-powered self-service system. The solution automated document retrieval, linking distributor orders to the correct files. This reduced the response time from days to minutes, freed up two dedicated human resources, and successfully deployed the platform to over 1,000 distributor users.
