Mishi, a Melbourne food delivery platform, was blackmailed in October 2017 with threats to bring its entire site down unless bitcoin was paid. After an attack took the platform offline on October 18th, the company needed a way to protect its online business and restore visibility and trade.

Alibaba Cloud helped Mishi investigate and deploy WAF Pro and Enterprise to defend against further attacks. Alibaba Cloud quickly assembled a response team, and Mishi withstood two more attacks on October 19th and October 23rd without interruption to its online platform, while also gaining faster load speeds, a built-in firewall, and 12/7 technical support.
