With Alianza, Horizon deployed a cloud communications platform that replaced the Metaswitch softswitch, added feature-rich business voice and UC services, and extended service to customers across its footprint with less operational overhead. The solution went live in four months, helped Horizon reduce OPEX, improve margins, and create new revenue streams, and cut average last-mile fiber service activation time to about 60 days.
