Algoscale helped a SaaS Based Multi Tenant Platform address the challenge of improving sales engineers’ productivity with a centralized CRM-style tool. The customer needed a scalable, multi-tenant solution that could capture sales opportunities, support relationship management, store multimedia notes and documents, enable custom fields, and provide reporting and searchability—all while working within a limited development budget.

Algoscale designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS using Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS with Docker, Django, Angular, and Cloudflare. The solution created a central repository and collaboration tool for sales engineers to manage work anywhere, improve client relationships, and highlight performance, resulting in increased productivity and better visibility into contributions to close contracts.
