Riachuelo, one of Brazil’s largest fashion retailers, sought to boost customer engagement while improving efficiency and flexibility across its digital storefront. To meet this objective, Riachuelo worked with Algonomy, leveraging Algonomy’s Engage and Recommend solutions and Dynamic Experiences to rapidly deploy a targeted promotional tool without a full-scale development project.
Algonomy implemented a dynamic, personalized Countdown Widget on Riachuelo’s homepage—featuring targeted product recommendations, a real-time timer, reusable templates, and dynamic injection for flexible placement. Over two months the widget drove a 4.9% lift in sales, a 4.7% increase in overall CTR (roughly 4X the CTR of other recommendation locations), and maintained a steady 3.7% view conversion; during Black Friday the Flash Sale placement grew 11,034% and fragrances 7,033%. Algonomy’s solution delivered clear, measurable engagement and revenue gains.
