LTK (formerly rewardStyle) is a Dallas-based marketplace that makes social content shoppable, serving 18 million monthly shoppers, 200,000 creators and 6,000 brands. As traffic surged, its in-house ElasticSearch solution struggled to scale and iterate quickly on a unique, content-rich dataset, creating a bottleneck for search and discovery across the app and website.

LTK deployed Algolia’s Search API and features — including Dynamic Re-ranking (customized for the top 100 results), AI synonyms, Personalization, Analytics and A/B testing — in roughly a month with ongoing support.
