How NeuralSearch elevated Everlane’s Ecommerce platform

Everlane, the sustainable fashion retailer built on radical transparency, needed a more efficient way to improve on-site search and product discovery across its lean ecommerce team. To support that goal, Everlane turned to Algolia’s Search platform, and later joined the beta test for Algolia’s NeuralSearch product to help address search relevance and operational overhead.

Algolia implemented NeuralSearch with minimal effort from Everlane’s team, reducing the need for data cleanup and synonym-table maintenance while improving search performance. The results were strong: Everlane cut its no-results rate by 45%, increased conversion by 5%, and lifted click-through rate by more than 8%, while also reducing internal workload and improving ROI with Algolia.
