After moving from Elasticsearch, Central Group adopted Algolia Search and related features to support site search, browse, and merchandising across its large product catalog.
Algolia implemented search capabilities including InstantSearch, Query Suggestions, Dynamic Re-ranking, Rules, and Dynamic Filters, along with integrations for Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce. The result was a faster, more intuitive experience for shoppers and a simpler workflow for non-technical teams, saving days of merchandising work. With Algolia, Central Group also saw significantly improved CTR and conversions, including a reported 2x uplift, while better handling the complexity of Thai-language search.
