Elixir Technologies, a long-established provider of high-volume, content-centric customer communications software, needed to modernize its Tango product line by adding enterprise-grade document and web content management while moving from client-server to a browser-based architecture. The integration took only a few months and let Elixir offer modular, zero‑footprint web applications that speed document creation and routing, enforce versioning and compliance, and broaden market appeal beyond technical departments to marketing, legal, and business users. As a result, Tango became the only fully web‑based client-communications solution with integrated content management, opening new vertical opportunities while maintaining support for legacy print systems.
