DDC implemented Alfresco Content Services for scalability and integration, embedding it in claims processing, enrollee and provider portals, Salesforce and Pega workflows. The platform now manages a 318M‑document repository with ~132,000 uploads per weekday, delivers sub‑second search and retrieval, shortens call times and adjudication, streamlines onboarding and document sharing across teams, and has enabled ongoing expansion of content integrations.
