Asia’s Largest Low-fare Airline was looking for a scalable, cost-effective way to improve workflows and collaboration across multiple countries. After evaluating options, the airline chose Alfresco’s platform to replace manual document processes and make content access easier for employees working in its existing Windows environment.

Alfresco, with implementation support from partner Tech Mahindra, set up a centralized repository, single sign-on, Kofax integration, and customized workflows for document creation, review, and approval. The solution was rolled out in phases over 18 months and delivered secure access, better reporting, and streamlined processes across departments, including invoice management, with a single interface for searching, retrieving, and saving information.
