Alfresco, with implementation support from partner Tech Mahindra, set up a centralized repository, single sign-on, Kofax integration, and customized workflows for document creation, review, and approval. The solution was rolled out in phases over 18 months and delivered secure access, better reporting, and streamlined processes across departments, including invoice management, with a single interface for searching, retrieving, and saving information.
