APAS modernizes CRM in 8 months with AlfaPeople

APAS, an association representing over 1,300 supermarkets in São Paulo, faced the challenge of migrating from an outdated Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system that was integrated with its ERP and BI platform. The highly complex migration was necessary to improve data analysis, decision-making, and mobility, as the old version was no longer supported by Microsoft. They partnered with vendor AlfaPeople for this project.

AlfaPeople executed a detailed diagnostic and planning phase, leading an eight-month, over 4,000-hour project to migrate thousands of lines of code and hundreds of plug-ins. The solution upgraded the system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, implementing new dashboards, goals, and mobility functionalities. The results included increased agility with real-time reporting, simplified processes, and the ability for employees to work from any device or browser, significantly easing daily routines and improving productivity.
