Emergency Notification to Safeguard Citizens and City Employees

The Greater Baytown‑Chambers County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) in Baytown needed a reliable way to alert people inside public buildings—schools, the courthouse, City Hall and other places of assembly—because existing outdoor sirens and mass callouts were not consistently heard or seen indoors.
