AlertOps assisted a regional energy provider, a major U.S. utility, when it was forced to migrate off the OpsGenie platform. The customer's challenge was to move over 30 on-call teams and their highly customized alerting, escalation policies, and on-call schedules for critical infrastructure with zero disruption and no redesign of their existing, trusted workflows.

The solution from AlertOps was a white-glove migration that replicated the customer's OpsGenie environment one-for-one, including 77 escalation policies and 36 dedicated call routing lines. The result was a seamless transition with no interruption to service. AlertOps preserved all operational consistency, enabling the continued delivery of over 4,200 monthly notifications and the routing of more than 1,000 alerts per month with sub-minute delivery times.
