Tier-1 South East Asian Operator Implemented Alepo’s Signature BSS/OSS Solution, Including Billing and Customer Care, for Its Nationwide Fixed Broadband Network

Leading Tier-1 International Communications Company, a tier-1 international communications provider in the SAARC region, wanted to launch next-generation fixed broadband services over a DOCSIS and fiber-optic network. To do so, it needed a fast, agile rollout with converged billing, customer care, subscriber management, workflow registration, and integrations to support both residential and business broadband offers. Alepo was selected to support the greenfield launch and help meet the operator’s aggressive commercial timelines.

Alepo implemented its fixed broadband BSS/OSS solution, including Service Enabler, converged billing and prepaid charging, broadband AAA, provisioning, business intelligence, and multiple system integrations. The project enabled a successful nationwide launch within six months of securing the license, with inventory exhausted in the first month and the target subscriber base reached soon after completion. The new service also improved market share and positioned the customer as a leading fixed-mobile provider in the SAARC region, while high demand forced additional DPI capacity expansion with Alepo’s help.
