Spectranet - Customer Case Study

Spectranet, a leading Nigerian telecom provider, was the first in the country to launch a 4G LTE network and needed to migrate smoothly from WiMAX to LTE in 2013. To support both new LTE services and legacy business plans during the transition, Spectranet turned to Alepo for a complete, flexible, scalable, and vendor-neutral solution covering policy and charging control, billing, customer management, and device provisioning.

Alepo implemented an end-to-end 4G LTE data solution including its Online Charging System, PCRF, Service Enabler, OMA DM, and self-care and enterprise portals, along with integrations to Huawei network elements and external business systems. The result was a smooth migration with no unwanted customer disruption or excessive downtime, plus the ability to launch innovative LTE pricing, improve policy enforcement, automate provisioning, and deliver a better customer experience while scaling for future growth.
